日本で働いている外国人が母国から妻や子どもを呼び寄せたい、または、日本で働いている間に結婚した母国の人を日本に呼び寄せたいときは、日本に在留している外国人が、「家族滞在」の在留資格認定証明書を取得することになります。
If a foreign national who is working in Japan wants to bring his/her spouse or children living in his/her country to Japan, he/she apply for a Certificate of Eligibility(CoE) as ‘ Dependent visa’ for them.
例えば、インドに妻と子を残したまま、「技術・人文知識・国際業務」ビザをもって日本で働いているAさんが、日本での暮らしに慣れてきたので、妻と子を日本に呼んで一緒に暮らしたいような場合、次のプロセスが必要となります。
For example, if Mr.A, who has been working in Japan, wants to bring his wife and his child living still in India to Japan and live together, the following processes are needed.
- Aさんが、妻と子のために「在留資格認定証明書交付申請」を住所を管轄する地方出入国在留管理局（入管）に申請して、認定証明書を妻と子に送る。
Mr. A applies for a Certificate of Eligibility(CoE) to the Immigration and sends the CoE to his wife. - 妻と子が、認定証明書をもって、インドの大使館または領事館に行き、ビザ（査証）の発給を受ける。
They go to the Japanese Embassy in India with the CoE and get a Japanese visa. - CoEの有効期限内（3ヵ月）に日本に入国する。
They have to enter Japan within the CoE expiration date (3 months). - 住民登録（住居地の届出）：住居地を定めてから14日以内（かつ入国後90日以内）
They have to register as a resident at the city hall within 14 days.
He/She can bring his/her spouse and children only, not parents and siblings.
②家族滞在ビザで配偶者や子を日本へ呼んで暮らすには、日本で働いている依頼者に、家族が安定して暮らしていけるだけの収入が必要になります。
He/She needs enough income to support his/her family.

在外公館での査証（ビザ）申請
在外資格認定証明書が交付されたら、日本に入国するための査証の発給を受けるため、本国又は居住権を持つ国の住所地を管轄する在外公館にて申請します。
The Applicant goes to the Japanese Embassy in their country with the CoE and get a Japanese visa.
They have to enter Japan within the CoE expiration date (3 months).

もしも不許可になったら / If denied
①入管に理由を聞きに同行します。
We accompany you to the Immigration to ask why it was denied.
②再申請ができる場合は、無料で1回再申請をします。
We re-apply to the Immigration once for free when it’s capable to do.
③再申請も不許可で、依頼者に落ち度のない場合は、着手金のうち2万円以外を返金します。
When re-application is also permitted and the applicant has no fault, We will refund the start fee other than 20,000 yen.
