届出を忘れないで！/Don’t fail the notification!

日本に在留する外国人の中には、届出義務についてご存じない方がたくさんいらっしゃることに驚きます。

I‘m always surprised that a lot of foreigner don’t know the obligation for the notification to the Immigration.

これを怠ると、次の更新時に在留資格を失ったり、期間が短くなったりする事由に当たります。

Failure to this could result in the loss of status or residence or shortend period at the next renewal.

更新や変更、永住申請の際に、必ず整合性をチェックされるので、遅れてもいいので必ず行いましょう。

When you renew or change the status of residence or apply for the Permanent Residence or Naturalization in Japan, the Immigration is sure to check the consistensy.

Be sure to make a notification even when delayed.

届出事項 / Notification items	１　転職，退職などにより，現在所属している契約機関との契約が終了した場合 Notification of the termination of the contract with the affiliated organization ２　転職により，新たな契約機関と契約を行った場合 Notification of the signing of a contract with a new affiliated organization ３　現在所属している契約機関の名前が変わったとき Notification of change in name of the affiliated organization ４　現在所属している契約機関の所在地が変わったとき Notification of change in location of the affiliated organization ５　現在所属している契約機関が廃業した場合 Notification of dissolution of the affiliated organization
