許可保証制度
外国人にとって、日本に在留できるかできないかが決まる在留資格申請ですが、入国管理局が決定するものであり、申請して100%許可が出るとはいえません。
当事務所では、無料相談時に、許可までもっていけるケースかどうか状況をお聞きしています。
ご依頼後、申請したにもかかわらず、万が一不許可になった場合は、無料にて「再申請」を行います。
それでも、結果が不許可の場合は、着手金として領収している報酬（半額）のうち20,000円以外を返金いたします。（永住申請は、30,000円）
尚、着手時に報酬のうち半額をお支払いいただき、残りは（残りの半額＋入管手数料＋交通費＋郵送料）は許可の連絡があった時点での成功報酬となります。
The application for status of residence is decided by the Immigration Bureau and it cannnot be said that 100% permission is given by applying.
At our office, we ask your situation at the time of free consultation whether it is possible to get permission.
If application is denied, we will reapply for a visa once more for free.
If the result is still not permitted, we will refund other than 20,000 yen of the reward(half price) received as a start fee.
You will be required to pay half of the fee at the time of starting, and we ask you to pay the rest (the other half, immigration fee, transportation fee, shipping fee) when permission is allowed.
返金できない場合
お客様の責任により不許可となった場合、着手金の返金はできません。
No refunds if the permission is denied at your own risk as below.
・事前に許可が難しいとお伝えした場合
Although we inform that the permission is difficult in advance, you hope to apply.
・不利益な事実を隠していた事が判明した場合
False information on documents or personal consultation
・申請中の犯罪 commit a crime while applying
・申請中の失業、離婚などが不許可理由の場合
Unemployment or divorce during applying is the reason why permission is denied
・税金の未払い unpaid tax
・入国管理局の指示通りの書類提出に協力しない
Although we ask you to submit documents, you don’t.
・保証人の用意ができなくなった
You can’t find a guarantor.
・結果出る前の申請の取り下げ等
